Generally, it should be cleaned every three months. If the water quality is hard and the frequency of use exceeds 8 hours a day, it should be cleaned once a month.

1. First, use a 1-2% concentration of caustic soda (sodium hydroxide solution) to circulate clean at 75-80°C for 15-30 minutes. Then rinse with clean water for 5 minutes.
2. Use a 1-3% concentration of oxalic acid solution to circulate clean at 80-85°C for 40-60 minutes, then rinse with water for 5 minutes.
3. The concentration of the cleaning solution and the duration of cleaning should be adjusted according to the condition of the scale.
4. For other components in the sterilizer that are prone to scaling, such as the steam mixer and the filter core or mesh of the cooling water pipeline, it is best to disassemble and check them after cleaning to ensure they are clean or to replace them regularly.
5. If there is little grease on the pot body, acidic detergents can be used directly for cleaning.
