Spray sterilization kettle Details
1. Load the product into the sterilization kettle and close the kettle door;
2. According to the product canning temperature requirements, inject sterilization process water at the set temperature from the hot water tank into the sterilization kettle until the process set liquid level is reached;
3. Use a circulation pump to circulate and spray the sterilization process water inside the kettle through one side of the heat exchanger;
4. Inject steam into the other side of the heat exchanger, and the sterilization process water is heated to the process set sterilization temperature through circulation;
5. Enter the sterilization stage, keep the circulation pump in the on state, and when the temperature fluctuates, control the steam amount through the membrane valve to achieve relative temperature stability;
6. After the sterilization stage ends, stop injecting steam into the other side of the heat exchanger;
7. Open the cold water valve to inject cooling water into the other side of the heat exchanger, achieving cooling of the sterilization process water and product inside the kettle;
8. The sterilization methods are: top spray, side spray, and full spray.
