Double and triple connected can water bath sterilization kettle Details
1. Preheat the hot water tank before the class to reach the process set temperature;
2. Load the product into the sterilization kettle and close the kettle door;
3. Start the balancing device, and the sterilization process water in the hot water tank is pumped into the sterilization kettle until it reaches the process set liquid level, then close the balancing device;
4. Use the circulation pump to circulate the sterilization process water in the kettle, injecting steam through the steam-water mixer, heating it to the process set sterilization temperature;
5. After reaching the sterilization temperature, the circulation pump remains on;
6. Enter the sterilization phase, and when the temperature fluctuates, control the steam amount through automatic valves to achieve stable temperature control;
7. After the sterilization phase ends, stop injecting steam into the kettle;
8. Open the balancing device, and the sterilization process water in the sterilization kettle is pumped back to the hot water tank for storage for the next sterilization use;
9. Close the balancing device and inject cooling water into the sterilization kettle through the cold water pump to achieve cooling of the water and product in the kettle.
