Multi-functional sterilization pot Details
1. Preheat the hot water tank before the shift to reach the process set temperature;
2. Load the product into the sterilization kettle and close the kettle door;
3. Activate the balancing device, and the sterilization process water from the hot water tank is pumped into the sterilization kettle to reach the process set liquid level;
4. Use the circulation pump to circulate the sterilization process water in the kettle, injecting steam through the steam-water mixer, heating it to the process set sterilization temperature;
5. Enter the sterilization phase, keeping the circulation pump on; when the temperature fluctuates, control the steam amount through valve switches to maintain a relatively stable temperature;
6. After the sterilization phase ends, stop injecting steam into the kettle;
7. The sterilization process water is pumped back to the hot water tank for storage for the next sterilization use, and the balancing device is closed;
8. Inject cooling water into the sterilization kettle through the cooling water pump to achieve cooling of the products inside the kettle.
