Fully automatic double-layer water bath rotary sterilization pot Details
1. Its working principle is similar to that of a double-layer water bath sterilizer, using direct heating, sterilization, and cooling;
2. The hot water tank is heated before the shift, reaching the process set temperature;
3. The product is placed in the sterilization kettle, and the kettle door is closed;
4. The balancing device is activated, and the sterilization process water from the hot water tank is pumped into the sterilization kettle, reaching the process set liquid level;
5. The circulating pump is used to circulate the sterilization process water in the kettle, and steam is injected through the steam-water mixer, heating it to the process set sterilization temperature;
6. During the sterilization phase, the circulating pump remains on, and when the temperature fluctuates, the steam amount is controlled by automatic valve switches to achieve stable temperature control;
7. After the sterilization phase ends, stop injecting steam into the kettle;
8. The sterilization process water is pumped back to the hot water tank for storage for the next sterilization use, and the balancing device is closed;
9. Cold water is injected into the sterilization kettle through the cold water pump to cool down the products inside the kettle.
