Small steam rotary sterilization pot Details
1. Its working principle is similar to that of a steam sterilization kettle, and its cold air discharge method is divided into hot water discharge and steam discharge;
2. Hot water discharge
(1) The sterilization kettle needs to be equipped with a hot water tank;
(2) Load the product into the sterilization kettle, close the kettle door, and use a pump to inject hot water from the hot water tank into the sterilization kettle;
(3) Hot water enters the sterilization kettle from the bottom and fills the entire kettle;
(4) Then inject steam into the sterilization kettle from the top, pushing the hot water back into the hot water tank;
(5) Stop injecting steam from the top and switch to injecting steam from the bottom;
(6) Enter the heating phase, using a membrane valve to control the amount of steam entering the sterilization kettle to reach the set sterilization temperature;
(7) The sterilization phase uses automatic valves to precisely control the temperature and pressure inside the kettle;
(8) Inject cooling water into the sterilization kettle using a cold water pump to achieve cooling of the products inside the kettle;
3. Steam discharge
(1) The sterilization kettle uses a bottom steam injection method to expel cold air from the kettle;
(2) Use a membrane valve to control the steam injected from the bottom, and open the top large exhaust to expel cold air;
(3) Enter the heating phase, using a membrane valve to control the amount of steam entering the sterilization kettle to reach the set sterilization temperature;
(4) The sterilization phase uses automatic valves to precisely control the temperature and pressure inside the kettle;
(5) Inject cooling water into the sterilization kettle using a cold water pump to achieve cooling of the water and products inside the kettle.
