Mainly used for the continuous cleaning and drying of damaged packaging after high and low temperature sterilization, as well as the removal of scale and oil stains from intact packaging surfaces. Customizable as needed, and can be directly integrated into the packing line for streamlined production.
Flotation cleaning and drying line: broken bag flotation machine → bubble cleaning machine → vibrating dewatering machine → continuous flip dryer, composed of four devices. The material is directly poured into the broken bag flotation machine for broken bag selection (cleaning agents can be added to the water, and if the packaging bags are very dirty, a brush device can be added to the equipment for scrubbing the bags. A heating device can also be equipped for better cleaning with hot water). Then it enters the bubble washing machine for thorough cleaning, followed by the vibrating dewatering machine, where most of the water droplets are shaken off before entering the continuous flip dryer. After drying, it can be directly packed. The specific production process is customized according to the actual production needs of the customer.

 | During the sterilization process, some packaging bags may swell or break. The broken bag flotation machine utilizes the principle of broken bag flotation. During the soaking cleaning process, bubbles are generated by the device, and the buoyancy function helps to select out the damaged packaging bags. Once the packaging bags are damaged, oil stains can contaminate other bags. The purpose of the packaging bag cleaning line is to select out the damaged bags and clean the bags contaminated with oil stains. This machine is made of 304 stainless steel, which does not rust or corrode over long-term use. The machine is equipped with a broken bag interception plate near the discharge area, where floating broken bags are intercepted on one side, while intact bags are conveyed under the interception plate to the next process. The height of the interception plate can be adjusted according to the size of the packaging bags. |
| The bubble washing machine is equipped with a bubble generation device. Packaging bags enter the water, and under the action of high-pressure water flow and strong bubbles, they are fully dispersed, rolled, cleaned, and conveyed, undergoing irregular and intense flipping movements. The movement of the packaging bags effectively separates the oil stains on the surface. After the bags are lifted out of the water by the conveyor belt, they undergo a second clean water spray wash to ensure thorough cleaning before being sent to the next process. The bubble washing machine simulates the basic actions of manual cleaning. Since the packaging bags are flipped in a mixture of air and water, it effectively avoids collisions, bumps, and scratches during the cleaning process. It is designed with a water-saving function module, which is highly efficient in saving water, allowing for the recycling of water resources. The principle of water recycling utilizes filtration; impurities are filtered through a special device, and wastewater is converted into clean water for recycling, significantly reducing processing costs. |  |
 | After washing, the surface of the packaging bags is covered with a large number of water droplets. First, the vibrating dewatering machine shakes off most of the water droplets from the surface, greatly improving the efficiency of air drying and drying in the next process. The vibration frequency is high, the effect is good, the noise is low, and the service life is long. The screen surface is designed with bent perforations, facilitating the movement of materials without damaging them. The bottom is equipped with a water collection tray for the unified recovery and treatment of the shaken-off water.

| The continuous flip dryer is designed to save space and is generally equipped with multi-layer dryers, which can be divided into three layers, five layers, seven layers, and so on, depending on the production volume of the packaging bags. The unique air distribution device ensures a more uniform distribution of hot air, ensuring consistency in product quality. The heat source can be steam or electric heating. The air volume, heating temperature, packaging bag residence time, and feeding speed can be adjusted to achieve the desired drying effect. Most of the air is recycled, greatly saving energy. The conveyor belt is made of food-grade stainless steel, which does not damage the packaging bags. The bags are dragged back and forth in the dryer by the drive device, with hot air flowing through the bags and water vapor being discharged from the moisture discharge holes, thus achieving the drying purpose. |  |
